As we have stated here and in our training programs many times, business retention is first and foremost a sales function. Successful private sector companies never stop training their sales force. Good salespeople require constant training to stay on top of their game and stay competitive - both in the classroom and in the field.

Comments from IEDC BR&E Course Attendees
Here’s what attendees from the last two IEDC BR&E courses (Lansing MI in October 2009 and Atlanta GA in December 2009) had to say about the session which was taught by Laith Wardi and Del Birch from ExecutivePulse, Inc.

I liked the tag team approach the two speakers took in presenting the information.

Excellent presenters!

Great tag team. Both were very well versed and truly excited about the topic.

Outstanding speakers who have been and remain in the trenches of daily BR&E activities.

It is unusual to get "Real Take Aways" and "Useful Tools" in these type courses. Both speakers were fun to experience.

Did a great job in conveying a lot of interesting information.

This team did a great job of working together.

The course and trainers were excellent.

I thought the instructors were dynamic and knowledgeable speakers who made a dry subject interesting and entertaining.

The presenters held our attention and made the subject matter interesting and upbeat. Thank you, Laith and Del.

Excellent format –– excellent presenters –– fun guys with lots of personality. Had a lot of solid information.

Very good. Building the team and partners were very helpful. Helps to re–set focus.

Good nuts and bolts. Thank you!

Great job!

Exercises were great!

Discussions were great. I enjoyed the group interaction. I was impressed with the presenters.

Loved their casual interactive style.

Smart guys and very knowledgeable!
